Dr. Molle is an ANCC Board Certified and California Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Public Health, with post graduate education in Functional Medicine. Primary areas of research and practice are; Integrative health consulting for individuals and families using functional medicine, Public Health Nursing, Community based participatory research, nursing organizational and leadership consultation, the importance of the therapeutic relationship for health and healing, and strengthening young families in local underserved communities. Dr. Molle has extensive experience in nursing education, online education and the use of a variety of technologies for teaching, research, and health education and promotion activities. She is currently a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, International Honor Society in Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, and the Association for Community Health Nurse Educators.Dr. Molle served as the Fletcher Jones Endowed Chair for Nursing Partnerships in the Community at Mount St. Mary's College, in Los Angeles, CA preparing future nursing leaders in community health, particularly for the linguistically and culturally diverse communities of Los Angeles. Dr Molle is a Professor Emeritus from California State University, San Bernardino.
