In order to broaden my Customer Services experience to incorporate the hospitality industry, I took advantage of the need for holiday cover for a Bed and Breakfast Manager in London.I was responsible for managing all bookings, recording the information for audit purposes and keeping detailed accounts. I was also responsible for the B&B keeping within a strict budget in order to remain profitable.
