In addition, my role is to establish and maintain productive relationships with non profit community organizations, advisory boards and partner organizations. Coaching and self-directed learning principles are part of my management style, reflecting my Adult Education background.

Worked with legal teams to assess and make expert recommendations related to the costs of leisure, recreation, and physical activity post-traumatic injury, such as brain injury or spinal cord injury. My assessments considered changes over the lifespan and how leisure, recreation, and physical activity impact chronic disease. My reports add hundreds of thousands of dollars to a settlement claim.

As a member of the strategic leadership team, I oversaw the operations of the youth internship and the entrepreneurial employment programs, the new-comers to Canada programs, the family development centre, and the licensed child care centre.
