Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of competitive summer internship program- Assess student data such as test scores to support students and shape curriculum- Spearhead the Internal Learning Report; initiate an effort to increase ISEE test scores for Scholars- Maximize teacher recruitment efforts; manage training and evaluation of seasonal teachers- Adapt curriculum in response to teacher feedback and innovations in curriculum best practices - Initiate new curriculum units for growing direct service program- Conceptualize and implement peer tutoring program- Strategize with department leaders to improve program systems including, but not limited to, class scheduling

-Advise a cohort of students from Boston Public Schools as they apply to area independent schools-Create, revise, and implement a variety of curricula to increase academic achievement and access to independent school-Provide professional development for faculty members through observations/feedback, training, and troubleshooting student concerns- Collaborate with constituencies such as independent school admissions officers, public school teachers and administrators, and experts in the field of college access to increase student success
