More than 6 000 people know about Universal Design thanks to the events which were organized within the Programme and various publications (including on the Facebook page and website on Universal Design). Additional 5 000 USD were raised for the project activities thanks to the engaged partners.

• Planed and organized communications and outreach activities, including special events, and communications campaigns;• Compiled background materials, information notes, and letters related to the inclusion of persons with disabilitiesAchievements: Regular OHCHR reports and some other official UN activities in Ukraine are translated into sign language now; 35 UN staff members know basic International Sign and able to communicate with deaf person; 130 children with hearing impairments are aware of volunteering and Sustainable Development Goals.

• Designed the Inclusion and Accessibility of Labor Market project concept and plan;• Prepared reports for donors within agreed deadlines;• Established cooperation with partners;• Managed 25 volunteers and 2 staff members.Achievements: 25% increase of the employment rate for the career counselling program participants with disabilities; network of over 40 loyal employers built, 30 volunteers who participated in project as professionals (HR specialists, recruiters, coaches) engaged.
