The Government Emergency Communications System (GECS) is a national project in the Philippines designed to enhance the government’s resiliency to communicate during emergencies and disasters. It aims to provide timely and accurate information to emergency telecommunications cluster member agencies and ensure that communication channels remain open and interoperable during crises. As team lead, I spearhead the planning, development and monitoring of the GECS Project using agile methodologies with Jira Software to enhance team efficiency and productivity. I am also in charge of the implementation of capacity-building activities, drive the associated information campaigns and ensure alignment in the country's Disaster Risk Reduction initiatives. I manage budgeting processes including the preparation and submission of Budget Execution Documents for the Department handling more than PHP800 Million worth of investments for climate change adaptations. My role includes analyzing, reviewing business procedures, recommending and implementing solutions using Lean Six Sigma and design thinking to achieve at least 75% utilization rate. Lastly, I serve as primary lead and focal contact for all stakeholders - including United Nations and National Government Agencies ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project implementation plan. I have been a delegate in the International Telecommunication Union Council in Geneva and part of the working committee of the 2024 Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference for Disaster Risk Reduction.

Founded during the pandemic, this delivery service catered to over 25 home-based small and mid-sized enterprises, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of their products. Despite low startup costs, the business provided these enterprises with an invaluable opportunity to quickly and effectively reach their customers, enhancing their operational efficiency and service quality.

Developed and executed Out of Home (OOH) market planning and budgeting strategies to optimize purchasing decisions across various media channels, including both large and small formats. Tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements, effectively supporting marketing campaigns for major companies.

Provided marketing and promotions consultancy while developing the framework for the organization's Operations Manual. Guided staff in enhancing productivity and efficiency through effective documentation practices and streamlined processes.

Served as City Ambassadress, actively participating in various LGU-led activities with hands-on experience in community engagement, event organization, and promotion of city events. Additionally, led a comprehensive yearlong inspection of potential tourism sites, contributing to the tourism road development project for 86 barangays.

Led ISO Quality Management System initiatives, overseeing audits and driving continuous improvements in the SMB Management System. Spearheaded the implementation of streamlined processes, 5S compliance, and robust records management across the Davao plant and all regional offices within the Mindanao Supply Center. Demonstrated expertise in agile monitoring and enhancement of business process flows from an ISO perspective.

Interned in the Lean Systems (Industrial Engineering Department), managing three key projects: Plant Encoding Management, Papaya Trimming Operations, and Pineapple Crown Dipping process improvements. These projects led to the implementation of significant changes expected to increase production and reduce idle time through the development of a manning matrix. Evaluated the effectiveness of the proposed solutions by assessing their implementation outcomes.
