-Direct the launch of the Marlton, NJ multidisciplinary center, including managing a complex budget, selecting appropriate materials and curating an enriching learning environment-Direct day-to-day operations of the Marlton, NJ multidisciplinary center-Supervise a team of center-based BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs-Carry a small caseload of clients-Monitor service provision of interdisciplanary service providers-Review, edit, provide guidance on, and approve all treatment plans and instructional programs -Complete and supervise the completion of new client assessments-Create and implement effective orientation and ongoing training to all center staff-

· Train and supervise a team of RBTs;· Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA;· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments;· Provide parent training;· Provide mentoring, supervision and support to clients;· Conduct clinic meetings as appropriate and ensure comprehensive dissemination of information to staff and families;· Weekly update meetings with the Program Director;· Ensure contracts and billable hours are completed in accordance with funding sources and designated amounts;· Oversee communication with families and funding sources to ensure program hours are attained;· Provide consistent and reliable case management and collaboration with families and teachers within funding requirements.

-Develop Behavior Support Plans incorporating the principles of Positive Behavior Supports in order to reduce self-limiting behavior and promote healthy behavior.-Provide consultation to Interdisciplinary Teams (including individuals served, DDD case managers, family members, specialists in the field, etc.) and staff in implementing plans to support individuals with challenging behaviors.-Conduct Functional Assessments as needed.-Read and follow up on case notes from contracted specialists.-Monitor progress of Behavior Support Plans and adapt plans as needed.-Report and receive assessment from the Assistant Clinical Director.-Provide on-going training to ensure that all staff have a basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.

-Conduct functional behavior assessment to help with the design and development of interventions, programs and techniques for our clients.-Train field staff on behavior plans and offer continued support and training-conducting functional behavioral assessments and writing behavior support plans.-develop, implement and monitor individual educational and behavioral programs for children with special needs.-requires knowledge of and ability to apply strategies and interventions identified as best practice for children on the autism spectrum.-supervise and train staff at varying levels of skills and abilities.-provide parent education and training programs.-ability to work effectively and compassionately with diverse populations.-ability to work independently.

-One-on-one in-home behavior support and intervention with a variety of populations.-Implement ABA-based treatments plans and communicate directly with BCBA and clients’ family about progress, goals, and additional strategies.-Collect rigorous observational data; interpret and communicate this data accurately with BCBAs and clients’ family.-Complete all scheduling, progress notes, and time sheets in a timely and orderly fashion.-Exercise advanced knowledge of ABA and Autism spectrum disorders.Current certification in CPI- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention

-Provide support and supervision to individuals with a range of disabilities working at various job sites in the community-Develop and implement interventions and supports tailored to the needs of individuals in order to increase independence in a variety of work situations, including communication devices and token economy systems-Provide behavioral and educational support to students in a classroom setting-Current certification in CPI- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention

• One-on-one direct support with children and adolescents age 5-21 in the autism and brain injury populations with severe behavioral challenges including severe maladaptive behaviors such as aggression and self injury that prevent them from engaging in everyday activities. • Implement behavior intervention plans and adhere to them strictly throughout daily living for persons served, paying specific attention to the relationships between antecedents, behaviors, and consequences and reacting appropriately.• Collect accurate observational data and interpret and communicate this data accurately with other clinical employees.• Requires the ability to respond properly and safely in crisis situations on a regular basis,

• Working under the supervision of Dr. Hass designing and conducting research in the field of domain-specific and domain general creativity.• CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) Certified through Rowan University to conduct social and behavioral research on human subjects.• Requires knowledge of IRB applications and standards• Use of SPSS in data analysis• Use of Qualtrics to design programs for data collection
