In 2001, lead the acquisition of a service-based, Silicon Valley company to round out the overall offering. • Led Series B and C funding rounds totaling $55 million and including investment from strategic industry players, Motorola and Cisco Systems.• Drove revenue to $16 million by 2000. Established key channel partnerships with telecommunications companies, including Verizon, SBC and Bell South, large builders, and major distributors including ADI, GE, and Sears. • Led the development of both short term and long term strategic and operational plans to position the company for ongoing growth and profitability by 2001. This included high focus on protection of first to market advantage through technology development, resulting in 15 patent filings in 2000 and 2001.
