Responsible for a variety of development projects including site civil and mixed-use development.Coordinated and facilitated design, permitting, and construction of sitework at The Parks at Walter Reed (TPWR), a 10-15 year phased 66-acre mixed-use redevelopment project. Sitework included roadways, utilities, streetscape, stormwater management, parks, and plazas. Involved extensive coordination with vertical development phases, neighboring parcels, and District Agencies.Developed key components of TPWR sustainability plan: DC stormwater management compliance, aggressive Green Area Ratio goals, energy efficiency threshold, LEED rating systems and certification levels to pursue.
