I am a Management and Executive Coach, specializing in coaching Managers, Business leaders, Entrepreneurs, Business owners, and Professionals wanting to achieve personal growth, improve conflict-resolution skills and reach personal and career-orientated goals. I am also a counsellor with over 25 years' experience in individual and relationship counselling, and in offering psycho-spiritual support to people undergoing life-stage transitions and retirement. I tailor workshops to improve inter-personal communications and conflict-resolutions skills, develop leadership and team interactions. and drive change. My approach focuses on leading edge principles of neuro-psychology, psycho-spirituality, and brain-based transformation to enhance leadership skills, improve communication, resolve conflicts, and drive sustainable success. I studied Psychology at the Santa Clara University (1969) and did further psychotherapy training at the Transformational Arts College in Canada (1994-1997). I have a diploma in Medical Acupuncture (2001), am a certified Hypnotherapist (1996) and received a Diploma in Practitioner Coaching from The Integral Coaching Centre (2005). I completed my MPhil in Management Coaching from USB in 2014, with a thesis on Brain-based coaching with gender distinctions. My list of coaching accreditations includes:- being an ICF Coach with over 3500 hours of coaching logged;- being a Neurozone™ coach;- an Aephoria AIM™ Enneagram facilitator;- Ennea International 5 Lens™ certifications in Coaching and Team Coaching.I have completed the Organization and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC™) initial course, Nancy Kline’s ‘Thinking Environment coaching development training programs, and have studied with personal transformation giants like Dr Robert Moore (4 primary archetypes) and Dr David Rock, (brain-based coaching), Dr Carl Rogers (sensitivity training).I run large scale interventions and team coaching through the network of coaches and subject-matter experts associated with my company, Brain Exchange Solutions PTY Ltd, that I launched in 2017. BES is committed to helping those who manage and work in corporations and government departments throughout Africa and abroad, to develop their skills and achieve self-actualisation. I developed the QU-E-S-T Transformational Coaching Framework©, and Brain Exchange Solutions Team Coaching Framework©, as a collaborative, outcomes-driven framework to enable my team to provide comprehensive and effective Leadership Development programs, as well as High-Performance Team Enablement programs.
