I started taking pictures obsessively at a very young age because the camera gave me something to hide behind. Being in a state of constant observance through the eye of the lens changed everything for me. I began to see all of life's complexities & simplicities as wonderfully fascinating and profoundly beautiful. Photography allows me to show people how I see the world, as I communicate best through pictures. I especially find that taking someone's picture makes them feel wanted and it makes me feel good to know I can make a positive difference in how someone feels about themselves & the world around them. I don't just take pictures because its profitable or fun. I have a desire to be contributing to something more meaningful. I hope to uplift and inspire through my work.
