Directing a statewide foundation whose mission is to provide funding, leadership, education, and resources to community-based agencies across New York State that support new and expectant birthing persons from pregnancy through the first years of their child's life. Our work is aimed at advancing maternal and infant health equity, identifying measurable strategies and outcomes that address community needs, with a particular focus on racial and geographic birthing disparities. My role includes maintaining and cultivating new relationships with regional, state, and national maternal health agencies, including NYS Department of Health and the Office for Family and Children Services. I enjoy and am effective at creating collaborations with grantee organizations, government officials and other stakeholders in order to elevate issues and impact access to resources. My role includes working with staff, the Board of Directors, and community partners to develop strategic initiatives which expand the organization’s scope of services. I created a Special Initiative grants program in response to the impacts brought on by COVID-19, which identifies community need, legislative leverage, and private funding opportunities.

Executive director of 38 year old museum without walls ~ SGCM is an all-traveling museum that brings interactive exhibits and dynamic activities to schools, community groups, and seniors throughout the Capital Region. Responsibilities included: all aspects of management of staff/consultant educators, spearheading re-branding which resulted in profitable increase in regional market, cultivating STEM service delivery and partnerships, and execution of a multi-year merger process.

Responsible for the design of and implementation of fundraising, community development and marketing of Pre-K -12th grade private school.

Public Health Prevention & Training Center in greater Boston area: responsible for development and implementation of community and organizational prevention programming covering wide spectrum of public health issues across a 20 city/town region. Managed staff and team of consultants as well as participated in state-level prevention service planning.

Provided individual, family and group therapy with emphasis on substance abuse.
