My supervisor selected me to be a CIA (Content Intelligence Agent) and transform the content writing process via an innovative pilot project. My contract was originally for 3 months and was extended for 2 years based on performance. I crafted energizing content for travelers for more than 3,000 5-star hotels and resorts world-wide. I researched and wrote hundreds of neighborhood descriptions to enhance traveler experiences.

I planned creative large-scale creative ribbon cutting events, including using a stoplight prop for selfies at the Roundabout Ribbon Cutting and sourcing red, yellow, and green stoplight cupcakes! As co-chair of the Employee Recognition Committee, I led the Pierce County Banquet for 500+ employees - and implemented sustainable practices for banquet by securing reusable balloons, recycled decorations, and baby pumpkins donated by a local farm. I investigated 100+ background checks per week and had a knack for finding respondents who didn't want to be located to complete personal service of paternity establishment and contempt of court documents. I prepared cases for court hearings to compel respondents to pay past-due child support and found needles in haystacks. Although not part of my job description, I developed and implemented a work flow restructure to streamline processes and energize employees after large re-org due to budget reductions.
