As a Senior Business Analyst at Beekeeper Marketing I manage client commission calculations and invoicing for 100+ clients across nearly 10 revenue platforms. I oversee the creation/execution of contracts, working with clients to resolve redlined agreements. In my calculation work I access and navigate data pulls from clients’ Amazon Vendor and Seller Central accounts. In addition to our parent company I work with sister divisions of Advantage Solutions to administer cross-company contracts and process intercompany funds transfers.

As a Revenue Deduction Analyst I worked with internal and external partners to review and resolve high volume customer deductions. I prepared reports to assist in analyzing customer deductions, and identify, and dispute invalid deductions. I used deduction data to analyze vendor compliance charges, while collaborating with internal partners to minimize penalties, and identify recoverable amounts. I assisted in performing cash application. My month end duties included, preparing month end accruals, and journal entries. As part of the Accounts Receivable team I assisted with internal and external audit requests.
