Born and raised in West Michigan, I began my career at Steelcase. After learning and growing for 6 years in project management, I felt a need to discover “what’s next.” At age 28, I left Steelcase to found my own marketing agency. I knew my own passion, potential, and drive. What I didn’t know was how Reagan Marketing + Design would grow in the ensuing 30 years or how much it would accomplish.Since 1991, RM+D has helped countless clients in construction, education, health care, manufacturing, small business and the non-profit sector launch, grow, transform and discover “what’s next” for their own organizations. What began as a one-woman venture now comprises 28 creative professionals. What began in a home office and then a rented space on Monroe Ave is now an established pillar of the Wealthy St community.I’m proud to oversee such a capable and dynamic team, and proud of the way we put our clients first. We’re known for being approachable and open, for listening, formulating a plan and getting it done right. Clients value our honest and collaborative process, and our strategic and creative marketing solutions. They also value the way RM+D gives back. We prioritize the wellbeing of our clients and community in a number of ways: through mentoring, community outreach, and local and neighborhood efforts.In addition to overseeing all aspects of daily operations at RM+D, I also serve on the boards of Uptown Grand Rapids, Inc., the Grand Rapids Community Foundation and K-Connect. I am a past board member of the East Grand Rapids Schools Foundation and the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum and currently a partner with 85 Miles, a lifestyle apparel start-up company dedicated to preserving and protecting the Great Lakes.
