About Mary Reid
Dr. Reid’s is the Chief of the Cancer Screening and Survivorship Programs at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only NCI-Designated cancer center in New York State outside of NYC. The survivorship program is a multidisciplinary program including comprehensive annual surveillance, cancer screening, nutrition, physical therapy and integrative modalities, This program was graded highly by the Commission of Cancer and is currently expanding throughout the Roswell Care Network. Specialty program in men and women's sexual health, acupuncture, and restorative dermatology. The Cancer Screening program at Roswell includes access to breast, colon, lung cancer screening and prostate exams. In addition, there are specialty programs in pancreatic cancer screening, comprehensive clinical genetics, and community based navigation to colorectal screening for high risk populations. Dr. Reid's research focuses on lung cancer surveillance and screening and mapping the precancer atlas genome and transcriptome of lung cancer, including the evaluation of genetic/epigenetic biomarkers of early lesions in high risk populations. She is actively developing lung cancer chemoprevention/interception projects with agents targeting inflammation and vaccines targeting the EGF/EGFR pathways.
