Originated mortgage loans and assisted the client and the bank's processing/underwriting/closing departments to get loans closed in timely manner. Occasionally I was told a loan was denied, but I would not give until I/we could come up with solution to get my clients their loans. I gained great satisfaction and respect as someone that truly fought for their clients without giving up, no matter the obstacle.

Solicited restaurants to allow me to sell captive advertising spaces on their menus or place mats for the exchange of my creating and paying for nice leather like menus, a vast improvement from existing menus.
