Learning Consultant
CurrentConsult with executive leadership to identify opportunities and develop strategies that enhance organizational structure, processes, procedures, and flow of information across agency units; proficient in stakeholder management across multiple business areas, including consultation with both leaders and teams; collaborate with statewide working groups to identify learning needs agency-wide and position-specific that address effective performance and continuous improvement; design, develop, and implement learning programs and activities that result in knowledge sharing tools for the agency, such as job aids, manuals, toolkits, etc.; lead, facilitate, and conduct working sessions with multiple stakeholders to develop strategic action plans with proposed solutions that impact agency effectiveness, such as improvements to program and project delivery; coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics for program activities; send pre and post communications (i.e. reminders, surveys, evaluations); compile data and insights for executive leadership; build cross-functional relationships based on trust and delivery with multiple teams and staff levels in the agency; possess advanced communication and organization skills, and experienced in working with all levels, from executive leaders to field forces; assist supervisor in full cycle recruitment efforts within our division (conduct candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding)
