  An apprenticeship assessor with over 12 years experience, working with business administration, customer service, management and team leading to L3. This includes helping learners to achieve functional skills in English, math and ICT, although I am only comfortable to L1 with math (not my strong point). I help learners to understand how to produce quality documents to enhance their learning and development and to understand the working environment in general. I also enhance learners understanding of employment rights and responsibilities, health and safety, safeguarding and equality and diversity as is needed in all areas of the working environment. I am learning how to use the e-portfolio system Onefile and finding it a lot of fun to work with.
