I am an Owner and Co founder at Cannababe an experiential marketing agency that focuses on throwing large scale events which support our local non profits and brand recognition through our Brand Ambassador program. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity of being part of the ever growing and developing industry of Cannabis since 2012 in the caregiver market and started in cannabis retail in 2017 right before entering the Metrc market. I’ve worked anywhere from cultivation, to processing, packaging, budtending, training, leading teams in multiple different areas, hiring, educating, sales, buying/procurement, product knowledge, retail operations, tech, marketing, advertisement, media, inventory control, opening multiple retail locations, operational SOP building, consumer knowledge, market data, visual coordinating, research and analysis on many different categories & markets. I have helped open and operate 8 retail cannabis locations most being vertically integrated in the state of MI.Communicating and being able to adapt in any situation has helped me grow this far in my career. Ive worked hard enough to step into multiple categories in the cannabis field and finally have found what I am most passionate about. I strive on building success in every area where I feel fit and confident. I want to partner with companies who share the same motivation, passion, and align on having belief in a cause. Integrity, respect and loyalty are what build a foundation of strength, determination and success. I believe in always having the willingness to learn and accept all knowledge and positive or critiqued feedback in order to better myself as an individual and successful business woman. Change motivates me, building motivates me, success motivates me and representing multiple different areas of business feeds my soul.
