I opted for account handling, which meant wearing a suit and being the link between the client and the agency departments.We were only a few years into the digital revolution, and the pace was fast; the days were long, the pressure constant.Over the years, I have worked with leading brands across all sectors and several geographical areas - all have provided opportunities, challenges, and, most of all, experience.In a world where citizen journalism plays such a divisive role in the information gathered, disseminated and broadcast with scant regard in many cases, for media ethics, it is ever more crucial for brands to present themselves as responsible and accountable.
