I have been working on IT implementation projects for over 20 years mostly as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. The majority of my career has been focussed on CRM (Siebel and SFDC) and ERP (SAP and Oracle) implementations, upgrades, migrations etc.I have lots of multi-cultural experience having worked in the US, various European countries, South East Asia and a short time in Africa. I am used to working with remote global teams as well on-site.I have experience of matrix management as well as managing a team of direct reports.I have worked as a consultant, a freelance consultant, and most recently as part of an IT department.My most recent experience is with a medical appliances company where I delivered a number of global projects and worked alongside the business to implement a programme of enhancements.I am best suited to a role that requires a high degree of interaction with the business or customers. I am friendly and outgoing and I am able to quickly gain trust with stakeholders.Following my last role I took a career break during which I completed several personal projects and I have the privilege of being able to volunteer for a charity.
