• Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant.• Solid experience in consultant, employers, vendor negotiation management.• Excellent proficiency in vendor networking, job boards, (Dice, Monster, etc) Internet search and Internal Database.• Responsible for Tracking, Analyzing, Prioritizing and resumes.• Responsible for preparing search strings, sourcing consultants and short-list the resumes depending on the requirements.• Speak to the consultants/employers regarding their technical skills, interest, availability and convince them regarding pay rates, relocations.• Pre screening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc.• Take the preliminary round of interview evaluate the communication skills and suitability of the candidate.• Get confirmation from consultants/employers pay-rate: hourly/per day/annual through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement• Negotiation billing rates for consultants and their prospective clients companies according to applicant's skill level and job offer.• Interviews prospective candidates, Tests skills, perform reference checks and matches candidates to job openings.• Describe position to the candidate to ensure compatibility with client requirements.• Follows up with consultants once they are placed on assignment.• Maintains thorough and accurate documentation on all client and temporary employee interactions.• Submit consultant's resumes Account Manger schedule coordinate interview to the consultants• Co-coordinating with other recruiters to work as a team.• Keeping track of consultants for future references
