Manager Project Management Office
Current-Supervise the project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements. Provide ongoing direction and mentorship to the team as a direct manager to multiple team members.-Ensure teams are tracking projects effectively and documenting known challenges and lessons learned throughout workflows. Regularly briefs Senior Director and the department’s leadership team on project status, areas of success, and areas for improvement.-Manage priority and strategic projects at the institutional level by working with department leadership to set internal/external level of effort, establish expectations and collaborating with digital strategists, digital producers and developers, creative and video team members and communications leads to scope and budget recommended strategies and tactics, establishing clear and achievable timelines and identifying appropriate resourcing. -Partner with department leadership and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize projects. Ensure appropriate allocation of internal resources across all functional units.-Train team and others on project management software and create dashboards and other reports in the system to share critical information.
