I am a certified coach (BCC, cce-global.org) and nationally certified counselor (NBCC.org) in private practice with expertise in transition and career coaching. Also, I am a leadership coach/adjunct professor at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Executive Education program. I am committed to assisting professionals who are in transition achieve their personal and career goals. I help individuals identify their key strengths, values, preferences and interests in order to identify and pursue meaningful and rewarding work. It has been my privilege to work with individuals in all industries including finance, health care, tech, and biotechnology, among others. My client roster is broad and has, for example, included, but isn't limited to physicians, nurse executives, retiring military personnel, and entrepreneurs.My clients lead in our sessions--I support them by using an appreciative coaching model where I ask thoughtful, probing questions so they can move forward. My clients are the experts in their lives, so my role is to motivate and inspire them in order to create meaningful career action plans and adjust to transitions they may face. The clients that I work with typically have at least 10+ years' experience, often in leadership roles and have achieved continuous success. They are ready for the next level of advancement and often want to change industries. Most have pursued or are pursuing graduate degrees.
