As a Post graduate in Microbiology, I apply my skills in Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Fermentation technology in doing translational research. Currently working with Avisa Biotech Pvt Ltd, Kochi, focussing in Melanin research and carrying out the Upstream and downstream processing of melanin fermentation with fungi. I also worked with Bioroot Exploration India Pvt Ltd after completing my Master's degree in Microbiology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, where I secured the 3rd rank in my batch. Prior to that, I was a Research Trainee at the Department of Biotechnology, Cochin University of Science and Technology, where I isolated and characterized lytic bacteriophages against pathogenic Escherichia coli. I am passionate about microbiology and biotechnology, and I aim to contribute to the advancement of science and innovation in this field. I am fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, and I enjoy learning new things and collaborating with others.
