As Vice President, I hired, trained and managed 24 agents, 7 administrative assistants and 2 operations personnel. I was responsible for anything and everything involved in running a real estate office.

I lived in, co-managed and was the Special Events Director for Foulksrath Castle. Foulksrath Castle is a 15th century towerhouse that is currently used as a tourist accomodation. I was given the opportunity for a 10-month position to manage all aspects of special events such as weddings and medieval banquets.

I was responsible for all aspects of recruiting, hiring, training and managing field staff in the North America territory for the EF Au Pair division. I was also responsible for creating, planning and hosting the national and world-wide meeting for 300+ attendees as well as writing all training manuals.
