Co-Manage Doylestown Office of Coldwell Banker Hearthside. Our office has achieved "Best of Bucks" for four consecutive years in a row. Prestigious honor given only to one participant in each catagory. We were not only voted "Best of Bucks" as an office one of our top agents, Todd McCarty was voted "Best of Bucks" for Realtor in Bucks/Mont.Counties. The office is comprised of serious high achievers who enjoy the industry but know how to make it fun. We are centrally located in the historic section of Doylestown Borough.

First five years was an active full-time Agent. Achieved Ambassadors Club in my second year with Company and then two more times as Agent. Ambassador's Club is the top 2% of the Sales Agents. Got my Broker's License and managed the Doylestown Office from November, 2002 until November 2008. Achieved Ambassador Club as Manager. Grew the office from a roster of 33 agents to 63 agents. Involved the Company for the first time in First Fridays in Doylestown Boro, organized the office participitationin Earth Day activities in Doylestown clearing all clutter and non-perishable paper products in a two hour canvas of the Boro and conducted a Fall Festival in addition to neighborhood yard sales and marketing. Taught for two years at Weichert's Fast Track Program for new agents specializing in Prospecting for Customers and How to Effectively Conduct a Successful Open House.

Had the privlidge of beginning my Real Estate Career at Century 21, then went to local office and worked in new construction for Janet Pool, a botique office, escrowed my license for one year and started again at Weidel Realtors and left to go to Class-Harlan, a local botique office. Was Top Producer at Class Harlan for two years in a row and left to go to Weichert Realtors.

Worked in the Personnel Dept. of the Federal Systems Division of IBM. Arranged recruitment visits for college students and employees of competitors. Starting with all travel arrangements to two-three days of interviews and exits. Transferred to IBM Sales and Service in Philadelphia, PA.
