In 2021, I made a solid commitment to real estate, specializing in advocating for Seniors 50+. Selling a home is about transitions...for some that may mean finding one's first home, selling a home for a growing family, or moving to Wisconsin for a career change, and for others, it may mean downsizing to a lower maintenance lifestyle. Having run an interior design business, ColorScapes LLC, for 2 decades, my design consulting, project management skills and love for all things home was a perfect lead in to helping people who are considering lifestyle changes and the effects that may have on their home environment. I love being able to be an advocate for sellers in a lifestyle transition. Additionally, I get excited to assist buyers find that perfect home for their needs. A resident of the upper Midwest since 1972, I have lived in Madison, Minneapolis, Southwest Wisconsin near Richland Center, and back to Madison in 1988, where I purchased my first fixer-upper on Madison's Lakeside neighborhood. Once my son was born in 1996, my family sought out a larger home on the West side. We settled in Midvale Heights and I renovated 3 homes in the neighborhood.
