- Supervised the Internal Audit Department ($2 billion thrift) with staff of four auditors responsible for operational, compliance and IT audits. - Reported monthly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. - Established risk-based audit model for risk identification and audit scheduling.- Created methodology for controls documentation and testing (IT, internal, GLBA).- Created system to track audit exceptions from identification through resolution.- Created suite of Information Technology audit programs in accordance with FFIEC guidelines.- Liaison with independent accountants.- Member of Risk Management team which reviewed, revised and created role definitions for applications across the bank to ensure segregation of duties and least privilege assignments.
