Ensure data integrity and entry into the Firm’s applicant tracking system.

Identify candidates through internet sourcing, employee referrals, job boards, and eTalent Partner extensively with Staffing Consultants and hiring managers to gain understanding of the position requirementsAssist with setting up interviews and making job offersPre-screen resumes, evaluate candidate qualifications, interview and recommend candidates for open requisitions to Staffing Consultants and Hiring Managers.Recruiting for approximately 23+ full-time positions nationwideIndustry experience in Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, Upper Management and Information Technology Attend and participate in weekly staff/team meetings

Recruit new applicants through participation in job fairs, sourcing, and advertising Manage over 70 employees, including all aspects of job assignments, coaching, reviews, raises, time cards, and disciplinary action(s) when necessary. Pre-screen applicants through application/resume review, interviews, reference checks and background checks. Hire new employees, including completing new-hire forms as required by law and company policies. Work directly with clients to understand and fill staffing needs in a timely manner. Make on-site, follow up visits to clients and employees. Participate in weekly meetings for updates with clients and employees. Provide after hour, on-call availability to clients and employees. Fill out and follow through with paperwork and phone calls for workers comp issues for employees.
