As a business owner of an international creative and digital studio, I am the key translator between deep crafts, a well-formed strategy and the delivery of effective outputs via our team of designers, web developers, marketers, strategists and technologists.My roles vary from initial strategic direction, all the way to producing, implementing and project-managing integrated solutions across multiple channels both online and offline.As a freelance creative I work with agencies and creative studios, providing long- and short-term contracting solutions on projects like social media management, content creation, production and any other out-of-the-box creative or organisational problems that need solving.

Successfully created and implemented office management structures and procedures which resulted in streamlined workflows and increased productivity. Reporting directly to the SLT, I handled budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to help optimise resource allocation. I designed and coordinated events, meetings and managed travel arrangements.As part of the internal culture role, I took ownership of the agency social media channels and developed and executed comprehensive social media strategies to help drive top funnel brand awareness objectives.

I joined the business to drive the rebrand of the company for execution both online and offline. This included all touchpoints from brand identity and website to print collateral and fleet signage. From there I took ownership of our marketing strategy by implementing and managing social media channels and Google Adwords campaigns, which resulted in a 40% increase in website traffic and lead generation.

Award-winning, qualified fitness instructor in Zumba, Fierce (African Dance), Kick, Power Pump and Shape. Taught booked-out classes in the evenings at 6 different Virgin Active gyms across Cape Town, South Africa.

Taught Dramatic Arts as a subject to final-year high school students which fostered creativity, critical thinking and self-expression. Created assessments that evaluated students' performance skills, script analysis and understanding of theatrical history and theory. Managed all aspects of school theatre productions from auditions and casting to set design and technical support and I directed and produced numerous school plays, enabling students to develop their talents and build confidence on stage.
