In my role, I work in a combined role as an administrator and manager. I create our weekly lists of plants and the number of cuttings to make in order to meet long term goals and orders. Manage communication between team members in different departments to make plant processing quick and efficient. Work with special order clients to produce orders on schedule and preemptively account for plant loss based on season and plant type to ensure full production.

During a week of work, I tackle a variety of different tasks at two different locations. Retail location: Greet customers and assist them in finding specific plants, keep the property and greenhouse clean and organized, intake custom arrangement orders and complete them in a timely manner, and help improve processes such as creating training materials and arrangement order forms. Greenhouse location: Make cuttings of plants and propagate succulents from leaves, organize and weed flats of succulents and cacti, intake large orders of 5000+ cuttings and work in a team.
