Asset Manager for the office portfolio in Warsaw with AUM of €150m / 100k m2 GLA:- onboarding new acquisitions into the asset management platform- defining asset strategy in line with the fund's objectives and ESG strategy- pursuing value enhancement and cost-saving initiatives- lease negotiations- OPEX / CAPEX budgeting, forecasting and controlling over its execution- supervisory role over Property Manager, Facility Management, third-party service providers and advisors- maintaining relationships with tenants and other stakeholders- reviewing and commenting on asset valuation reports

Transaction / investment manager- setting up internal reporting templates for asset management controlling pursposed- conducting asset performance analysis and KPIs reports for the standing asset portfolio as well as prospective targets- ad-hoc reports for internal teams and senior management- data collection & consolidation for fund reporting- active involvement in the acquisition of Warsaw office portfolio: 8 standing assets totaling 250k m2 GLA and €800m in value: coordination of due-diligence process by third-party advisors, PSPA/SPA negotiations, monitoring of post-closing actions and obligations

- buy-side and sell-side advisory to real estate investors- commercial due diligence and investment underwriting- supporting investors in PSPA/SPA negotiations- liaising with investors, developers and other market participants

- asset performance analysis and financial modelling- preparation of investment memoranda and financial packages- market monitoring and research reports
