Maintenance Pumping Unit

Responsibility:• Managing operation support services for Electrical Submersible Pump in Chevron production support north department, over 1200 wells• Managing safety performance of the Operation• Provision of submersible pump trouble shooting, advice customer to call Rig to pull out the system • Manage Sonolog survey performance to determine Static Fluid Level and Working Fluid Level after completing work over or well services jobs• Manage and monitor all functions related to operation support services ( measure flow rate by portable flow meter, detect underground cable, replace surface cable and/or chemical pump and/or pressure switch, dismantle/Install/replace and calibration of pressure switch, inspect grounding quality, switchboard maintenance, dispatcher rig call and etc.• Manage and monitor Pre DIFA (Dismantle, Inspection, Failure Analysis) activities• Conduct planning, scheduling & monitoring and reporting related activities• Contribute to other project of Epsindo in preparing new opportunities, facility audits and processes and safety audits• Prepare and control project budgeting, staffing, accommodation, purchasing tools and consumable parts including PPE

Workshop Supervisor Responsiblity: • Planned and monitorred works within the workshop• Conducted Day to day safe and efecient running of the workshop• Created maintance planning for tools used to support the workshop• Ensured lifting equipments, instruments used are certified or calibrated• Ensured QMS implementation at workshop• Supported the others division in fabrication, labor supply, repair, maintenance, projects etc• Created and reviewed SOP and JSA• Ensured employees comply to HS&E and company policies• Worked with HR to coach employees• Monitored & evaluated employees performance• Approved work orders• Reported to responsible manager of function. Handled special projects as assigned

Workshop Supervisor Assistent Responsible: Assisted the supervisor in monitored all related supervisor roles as mentioned above

Assembler Mechanical/Technician Responsibility: Assembled or builder ESP (Motor, Seal, and Shaft straightening). Conducted quality inspection of the part prior assembled, followed HSE required, conducted over head crane inspection and other machine used. Cleaned, sandblasted, inspected reuse parts, measured and gauged of the parts

Responsibilities: Worked on tissue production, controlled material and chemical usage for tissue. Issued and received material for tissue. Labeled and arranged finish good tissue product. worked in SAP system for good issue and good received material
