- Responsible for conducting internal & external Food Safety and Integrity audits- Responsible for full compliance with recognized Food safety standards, achieving 4 new certifications- Improved GMP audit system, driving high standards and improvement plans throughout production and implementing the “Quality Academy”, training all staff in food hygiene and quality requirements.-Working with Retail team to manage new and existing suppliers-Responsible for Technical sign off for packaging, checking artwork against specification through several stages.-Specification creation and approval. Managing own label specifications via M&S Connect and Plum-Managing customer complaints, recording and monitoring trends and implementing corrective action projects.-Supply chain NPD interface with commercial, finance and marketing

-Responsible for coordinating all information for new product specifications and transferring data into specific customer formats (Sainsbury’s / Co-operative)-Collating information from factory trials, and data inputting the information into product specifications or retailer specification systems

- Audit Key Producers against Bibendum PLB COP / Customer COP's i.e TFMS.- Work with suppliers to close out Audits non conformances to meet customer expectation.- Build and manage relationship with Key Customer and Suppliers.- Specification creation and approval. Manage own label specifications via retailer systems (TFMS, INSPIRE, THE HIVE, MCREATE)- Provide advice on legal technical requirements to suppliers and Bibendum PLB employees.- Assist with general QA issues, including customer complaints enquiries.- Manage product issues and serious incidents.

- Responsable for the daily running of the raw milk.- Schedule deliveries to ensure milk requirements met.- Perform quality analysis test of raw and finish product.- Plan unload, export of product and CIP in safe and efficient manner.- Investigate non-conformities.- Train new colleagues. - Actively contribute and seek continuos improvement to achieve departmental KPI targets.
