Supply chain optimization projects in retail companies and industrial businesses, both nationally and internationally.Experience in analysis, design and improvement of operating planning processes, replenishment models and warehouse management.Experience in project management as Scrum Master.Significant projects:-Diagnosis and characterization of several supply chain operations and activities based on the analysis of their different standpoints: data, processes, organizational structure, interdepartamental collaboration, flow of information and system map. - Definition of an operative planning model for setting up a new automated warehouse.- Requirements gathering, functional design and implementation of a forecasting, planning and inventory optimization software.- Definition of materials management policies and setting of procurement parameters in order to optimize the distribution network.- Definition and implementation of Material Master Data governance processes. Cleansing and consolidaton of several item master in an unique, complete and long-term sustainale item master.- Design of the operating and technology models to implement in a industrial warehouse following the set up of a WMS solution. Definition of the integration model between WMS and the company´s ERP.
