I am a Founding Teacher of En Clave Emocional, School of Ontological Coaching in Spain endorsed by the Global Coaching Federation. In this role, I work with the Directors in the development of the programs and the contents of the different training courses. Likewise, I participate in the planning and design of the School's dissemination campaigns, as well as in the training promotion activities.Regarding training programs:I am a Professor of the subjects "Introduction to NLP", "NLP for the practice of Ontological Coaching" and "Ethics & Coaching" in the Ontological Coaching Training Program. In addition to giving classes, coordinating mini groups and supervising Coaching conversations .And I am a Full Professor in the Master's Degree in Coaching. Apart from teaching classes, I am a Coach Mentor of apprentices.Today I work remotely but until the end of November 2023 I worked and lived in Spain, a period during which we grew the School in training programs and obtained the endorsement of the School and those programs by the Global Coaching Federation.

HR Business Partner for leaders and employees of Symantec Software Argentina, in what refers to all HR processes, policies and practices (Labor and Legal Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Jobs and Development, Personnel and Communication Administration).

During those 2 years I developed all the processes of the Human Resources area of ​​an IBM business unit (End User Services SSA), led the initiatives implemented in it, selected, trained and coordinated the work team, and managed the relations with the management team and middle managers.The business unit was led by a 3rd line manager and was divided into 4 subunits, led by 2nd line managers, 1st line and middle managers. Human Resources gave support to leaders and collaborators of all of them.The work team that I formed was subdivided into two teams led by 2 Coordinators. One of those teams was responsible for Recruitment, Recruitment, Personnel Administration and Reports and the other for Training, Professional Development (Leadership, Technician and Languages) and Communication.

During those 6 years I developed as a generalist, assuming the tasks of personnel selection, induction, performance evaluation, career plan, education, communication, among others.
