-Responsible for the scheduling and planning for 2 different business units (San Luis Potosí Mx and Winnipeg,CA) to ensure all customers needs.

Secure the 100% on-time deliveries to the customers, elaboration of production planning being effective in coordinating and sequencing orders according to the production and machinery capacity as well as the revision and rescheduling of production plans as required.Responsibilities:* Close communication with internal customers (Customer service team, Production team, Materials planning team) for the planning and execution of production.*Following to the material inventory securing in order to avoid any impact line.*Verification with the component material to view material availability and prepare the production schedule or reschedule.*Demand Analysis Vs Capacity lines to convert them to PO (Production Orders)*Preparation of master plans Firm Orders Review to determine Month Closing Sales.*Create orders in based on the loaded Sales Orders (Customer demand) and present planning programs.*Control of PO (Production Orders) from their planning, execution in production and completion in the Shipping area.*Verification with the component material planner to review material availability and prepare the production schedule or reschedule.*Maintain planning metrics at set levels*Reviewing frequently the setting of the materials in order to have the System updated.*Configurate new materials in the PP module.

The most interesting of this period was been working with Scheduling team and also with materials planning team very close, working in improvements like develop some reports to review coverage of materials to avoid impact lines.

Work very close with Project Management Team, RH team,materials team and Quality team to ensure the correct executionof the production plans. The biggest challenge of this period was have on charge a team of 15 people.
