At BGS, and being first part of the Oxford Office, Maria has been involved in the decant strategy project for the Physical and Theoretical Chemistry Labs for the University of Oxford. She has also collaborated on other feasibility studies for the Chemistry Building at the University of Birmingham, and for a student accommodation complex in Oxford. Since her relocation to the London Office in November 2011 Maria’s been working on the Arts Building refurbishment for the University of Birmingham. Her work at Berman Guedes Stretton has also provided her with greater experience of Building Information Modelling (BIM).ProjectsWardour Street.
