With an engineering background, I have dedicated almost all my career to the financial industry. Back in 2009 I co-founded Novadvice, first in Chile and then in Belgium, an alternative investment boutique specialized in real estate and private equity investments, of which I am proud to be managing partner and CEO. I am also part of its Board of Directors and member of its Strategy and Investment Committee.In 2011 I co-founded Novacap Asset Management, a Management Company and AIFM in Luxembourg. I was involved in its later sale to the biggest Irish Asset Management Company in 2020. This experience gave me the opportunity to develop competences in UCITS, AIFMD, MIFID II, discretionary portfolio management and fund services.Besides, I am Director of several unregulated companies in Luxembourg, Chile, Spain and Belgium, and Chairwoman of the Advisory Board and IC member of Marea Group, a quasi-permanent capital investment firm focused on supply chain imbalances, longstanding US-Mexico commercial link and nearshoring opportunities.Leading teams to success and achieving client’s and company's goals, with a positive social impact, it's what drives me.
