CurrentStrategic Sourcing: • Utilize diverse channels for identifying and attracting top tech candidates. • Cultivate and manage a talent pipeline. Candidate Recruiting: • Execute strategic end-to-end recruitment processes • Screen resumes • Conduct interviews • Test candidates' English level • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and maintain recruitment strategies, candidate scorecards, and interview plans. • Develop and refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and enhance the candidate experience. • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a efficient onboarding process. • Handle offer negotiations. • Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday) to manage the end-to-end offer process. Metrics and Reporting: • Provide comprehensive reporting on key recruitment metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
