Culinary/kitchen/restaurant expertise.- Managed all the EMEA suppliers (Europe, Middle East, Africa) for Burger King, Popeyes and Tim Hortons’s brands.- Developed and validated new product launches in cooperation with franchisees and R&D managers. - Improved the physical failure ratio with a non-conformity detection and root cause analysis (KPI).- Developed guidelines focused on sensory and physical standards of the product for trainings. - Coordinated external laboratories: Russia and Dubai.

As intern there, I carried out several tasks such as handling of day to day quality and food safety issues (correct labelling according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, document check or traceability) and support the quality assurance process and procedures across operations: - Inspectioned and monitored the food quality of raw materials/finished product in the production plant to guarantee that they meet required specifications before releasing shipments.- Established and controlled the labelling of finished products and recipes based on international legislation.- Inspected and evaluated the quality of products according to IFS/BRC standards.- Designed a HACCP system scheme for a warehouse plant.- Checked records and traceability documents.
