I managed the account of Gold and Silver Hotels stated in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile collecting the comissions of Booking.com with the objetive to mantain a healthy finance for the Company.On the other hand, I lead the "On Boarding & learning Team" where I was in charge of the training of the new hires and the development of their careers. I also, developed a "Team building" proyect to improve the team work which resulted in increased productivity. This proyect was exported and implemented in Booking.com Orlando, USA.

I assisted the Vicepresident of Corporate Affairs in managing travel arragements, meetings and interviews with social media. I also, was in charge of the events, so I had to maneged all the details of them. On the other hand, I also assisted the Comunication team in the coordinations of events, invoicing and purshase orders using the SAP system.

I implemented the Bard Chile office which that year was emerging in the national market. I was in charge from the purchase of office supplies to the events. I carried out events for medical institutions to presents the Bard products, so I had to look for for the place, negotiate the price, look for the catering and all the the details related. Apart from that, I maneged the agenda, travels and assisted the General maneger and gave support to RRHH to execute the contracts of the new hires.

I was in charge of managing travel arrangements both nationally and internationally. Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings and conferences. Providing and coordinating diary management on a day-to-day. Ensuring good communication within the team. Interfacing with a demanding consulting staff to achieve objectives.

I was in charge of the agenda of three General managers of Finance, translated Finantial Statements and coordinated the IFRS trainings (International Reporting Financial Standars). Other duties I had there were:Preparing timesheets & expenses on a weekly basis. General office duties including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, binding, sending faxes. Working as a team with the other Personal Assistants to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice.
