I studied laboratory technician by vocation, I have always liked healthcare. I was lucky enough to study in a hospital and did a wonderful internship going through different departments. When I finished, I found a job in a clinic that required knowledge in PCR Antigen and extractions. I spent a year doing all types of extractions, sampling, POR A CATH and so on. After a year in the same company I am currently working in the central laboratory with the chance to rotate through all departments such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Preanalytical, Microbiology, Urine.... All the staff is qualified to be working in the entire laboratory and to be able to do night shifts and holidays, as is also my case.
