Mas Ma has has approximately 19 years of experience in communications technologyindustry, expertized in large-scale carrier-grade applications, especially competitive in Robotics, AI, Cloud, OSS and IPTV fields. In Robotics and AI field, Mas has been serving as an assistant vice president of Cloudminds group, to lead HARIX team to build up HARIX platform (a cloud brain of smart robots), HARIX Operating System (cloud robot OS) and RDK (robot develpement kits) from scratch and consistently enhance robotics intellegence, especially in multi-modal embodied AI, by use of real-time digital twin and deep reinforcement learning technology.In NFV cloud field, Mas was highly skilled in OpenStack enhancement and ETSI MANO, professional in ECM, ECEE, KVM, virtualized IMS, well familiar with OPNFV.In OSS area, Mas spent one year to implement Ericsson regional product OMC(operation management center in 2G core network) from scratch. Mas has rich experience in implementing several high performance and high availability applications, experience in open-source programming (like OpenStack, FFMPEG, WebRTC, PJSIP), E2E performance test and optimization , well understand customer’s expectation and relevant ITU-T, 3GPP, IETF and ETSI standards. Also Mas has solid technical background with business acumen, who is highly proficient in Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, Python and skilled in both backend J2EE applications and frontend mobile portal or application development on diverse platforms like IOS, Android, Linux, etc. He has have strong technical and consulting skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, proven capability to drive software development from concept to production and work in an agile environment as part of diverse and multicultural team.
