After working as a Marketing Specialist I moved to a position as a Pricing analyst where my analytical, organizational, precise, and number-focused skills came to life. Analyzing and preparing both internal and external reports means I was constantly focused on finding the right data to analyze and prepare the right reports. My primary responsibilities included collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as sales reports, customer surveys, and market research studies. I have also created charts and graphs to present the information in an easy-to-understand format to identify trends in data and use them to create effective solutions. I was also skilled at using different software programs to analyze data, create reports and price guides in order to ensure customer satisfaction. I have also analyzed competitor pricing and most importantly, I have gained a strong understanding of the business and economic principles that drive pricing decisions. I have been able to think strategically and analytically to understand the future strategies that will maximize profits for the company.

After my role as a head of sales, I was recruited by DHL Express Slovenia for the position of Marketing specialist. With my main roles as managing marketing activities such as leading and preparing internal and external digital campaigns, organizing events for clients, preparing monthly financial and activity reports as well as managing social media channels I have developed a high level of diverse skills, such as communication, customer behavior, psychology of thinking, ability to understand buyer needs and tell a story, critical thinking, and problem-solving. I have always strived to find ways and resources to improve my business skills and get global experiences and views of doing business. I was also the presenter of the successful campaign made in Slovenia to the CEU countries that also applied it.

Working as undergraduate teaching assistant of a course Organizational Behavior. Performing all teaching assistant duties, including mentoring, lecturing, researching, clerical help and grading homeworks, student's seminar papers and presentations. Each spring semester I am lecturing three groups, up to 150 students.

As I have always strived to find ways and resources to improve both leadership and business skills, I have started my own entrepreneur career as a business coach and mentor. I help global entrepreneurs build their own brand and help them with verified marketing and sales strategies to increase their performance on the market. With this experience I have developed a high level of diverse skills, such as communication, negotiation, customer behaviour, and psychology, ability to understand buyer needs and tell a story, critical thinking and problem-solving.

I joined Colliers in January 2017 as a Junior Associate and underwent 1-month training in Zagreb, Croatia. My work was positioned in Slovenia, where my main responsibilities included assisting the team in both departments; Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Agency Services department as well as Investment, Valuation and Advisory department. I was focused on tenant representation and agency services in the Slovenian retail market segment and on Slovenian market research studies, valuation reports for various properties; Highest and Best use Studies and Feasibility Studies. As being only Slovenian representative in the company, one of my main task was to be in regular contact with Slovenian clients, investors and to ensure that projects are made according to Slovenian standards. I was also an important team member on the Investment project, where Colliers made a successful hotel transaction in Domžale, Slovenia.
