• Planning and budgeting of Cash Management.• Overall Planning and supervising a team of Accounts Receivables, ensuring timely Collections.• Overall Planning and supervising of a team Account Payable and Payments Arrangements. • Supervision of the computerized Payroll Salaries system, costing overtime, absence, deduction and WPS. • Inventory valuation by FIFO and Average Methods.• Assisting in finalization of Financial Statements with Finance Manager.• Liaison with banks i.e. EmiratesNBD, NBAD and SCB negotiating biotechnology group facilities, negotiating re-structure of debts, LCs, Trust Receipts and other correspondences with Banks Relationship Managers.• Checking, scrutinizing, & Posting of CRVs/ CPVs with respect to proper head of Accounts.• Reconciling of closing balance of physical and book balance of cash with cashier.• Checking & Posting of BPVs for Payables /BRVs for Receivables in ERP System.• Reconciling the Vendors/Customer Balances before & after payments and receipts.• Checking and posting of Vendors invoices by raising GRN, scrutiny with qty, prices, and credit terms as per Company LPOs.• Maintaining computerized fixed assets register, fixed assets schedule, disposal of assets, accumulated depreciation. • Bank Reconciliation.• Overall responsible as administrator for smooth operation of ERP system of the Company including, Accounts Payable ,Accounts Receivables, Payroll module, Inventory module, Fixed Assets Module, Production Module, etc.• To conduct, co-ordinate and preparation of Audit details on annual audit

• Supervision of timely sending of SOAs of the customer through different means of communication.• Checking the customers Sales Invoices and Proforma Invoices.• Recording the Projects Wise Invoices figures in Individual Customers Payment Status of Projects.• Making the Aging Analysis in MS Excel Sheet.• Preparing the month end collection report.• Managing Average collection days of the Co.

Preparation of CRVs and CPVs submitted for claims by field staff.• Preparation of Invoices, Delivery Notes/Challans and assisting in quotations. Preparation of BPVs/BRVs, cheques.• Preparation/submission of monthly Sales tax Challan/return. • Dealing with banks for pay order/DD/online transfer of funds,drawal for salaries to contract staff.• Preparing and Disbursing of salaries ,allowances of the staff.• Recording transactions and assigning it to a specific job to complete Financial Statements (Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Retained Earning in Peachtree Accounting Software).
