GLM Institute is a Japan-based not-for-profit organisation committed to fostering sustainable development and enhancing the livelihoods of undeserved communities through innovative agricultural initiatives. In my role as Field Officer, I focused on:- Led the successful project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, aimed at "Increasing Agricultural Income of Micro-Scale Farmers Through Improvement of Farming Management in Northern Luzon, Philippines." - Achieving a 30% increase in agricultural income for more than 80% of participating farmers across three villages.- Pioneered an organic rice business as a sustainable avenue to enrich farmers' lives, ensuring that our approach to development translates into long-term benefits and empowerment for the farmers we serve.- Coordinated projects with multifaceted teams and diverse interest groups, including government entities, agricultural experts, local farmers and business and industry practitioners.

Working for Cordillera Green Network, an Environmental NGO based in Cordillera region.

Working as an interpreter for the movie called 'Cross Road' which is a Japanese movie featuring a JICA volunteer working in the Philippines.
