WISE 匯菁 is a Social Organisation focused on empowering people through employment. We use a "charitable heart and business mind" approach to deliver sustainable impact to the community we serve.Our School to Work team is focused on supporting both, our future talents and employers, in creating meaningful, accessible, and inclusive pathways to employment.

With a focus on students with SEN, comprehensive career support, including advising, mock-interview training, assessments and workshops, to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful career navigation. - Coordinated the Employability Enhancement Programme, managing the budget, and compiling resources and organising themed events and luncheon for employers, throughout the programme period of AY2023-2025. Fostered partnerships and engaged employers to establish a supportive and inclusive environment for internships and graduate placements.- Collaborated with community partners and employers to support internship and graduate placement opportunities for students with SEN. Advocate for equal opportunities and empower students with SEN through the Work-on-Campus Scheme (SEN) at PolyU, we strive to create an environment that recognizes students' unique talents and contributions with diverse needs.- Established an Inclusive Employer Network to foster collaboration with employers, professionals and communities. Create a platform for knowledge sharing and best practices, contributing to the advancement of inclusive employment practices in Hong Kong.- Organised various events and activities within the network to gather collective wisdom from valued members. Actively participated in workshops, conferences and events to gain insights into the latest trends in inclusive employment practices and expand knowledge and stay updated on emerging strategies and approaches.

- Led the Academic and Career Advising Team to maintain quality services for intellectual and vocational outcomes for academic divisions, students and graduates, i.e., collaborated with organization to facilitate the World-class Mega Event "Hong Kong Masters 2022" by delivering pre-training sessions to students in Sports Programme.- Served as Field Supervisor for the Bachelor of Social Sciences in Counselling and Psychology Internship Programme from Hong Kong Shue Yan University;- Conducted Career Aptitude Assessment (CAA) and provided careers consultation to students and graduands;- Collaborated with academic units and management teams to organize school events and acquire General Attribution (GA) through extra-curriculum activities.- Facilitated and hosted school event, including AGM.

- Provided advising session to undergraduate students on academic requirements, credit transfer procedures, and graduation requirements; - Immediate support to SEN and at-risk and probation students by evaluating and resolving student issues on academic or personal matters;- Organized activities/ workshops to enhance peer support within campus; - Organized professional training workshops to facilitate academic department or teaching staff in supporting students; - Taught compulsory lectures under the Healthy Lifestyle Programme (which is a graduation requirements for undergraduate students).

- Conducted annual DYJ Communication Skills course maintenance with other DYJ course providers to assess and revise the course content, to ensure alignment with the standards set by FSTE;- Coordinated and guided the teaching team to ensure adherence to the DYJ course rubrics and standards;- Organized various course-related activities for students, fostering an engaging and enriching learning environment.

Designed and delivered the DYJ core subject "Communication Skills" and elective subject "Psychology", as well as the HD subject "Sports Psychology" to students

Worked as part of the Student Welfare Team delivering a reliable and accessible information service across the College to students and prospective students. It also involved researching, collating, disseminating and presenting information on a range of welfare related topics, ensuring maximum accessibility and accuracy, thereby contributing in a positive way to student record keeping and satisfaction measures.
